Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the item has been delivered. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of every DuaLoft® comforter. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@dualoft.com with:

A photo of the defect

We will review your claim and, if approved, send you a replacement at no cost.

We strongly encourage you to carefully review your size and color selection before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect size or color choices.
